Are there discounts for your products if there are group purchases?

Yes,  we offer discounts when groups get together and want to purchase any or all of our products.

 

Can I purchase your products individually or does it have to be as a package deal?

Yes, individual purchases of any of our products can be made, but of course we’ve priced our package products to give you the greatest value for your money. However, if you’re only interested in taking advantage of the Email Signature Card or if a video is all you need to satisfy your marketing needs, then we can certainly provide those services to you as stand-alone products.

 

How much does it cost to send or receive a text message?

There is no cost associated with sending the text message (SMS) via your Signature Card, but receiving the text messages will be subjected to the same costs associated with your carrier’s plan. If you have a plan that allows for unlimited text messages, then all of your text messages will be sent to you at no (additional) cost.

 

Where are the videos recorded?

We generally shoot your video(s) at our studio but upon request we can shoot the videos on your site. Contact us for more information about shooting on-site to make sure it makes sense though, there’s space & noise level constraints that we like to better understand so we can ensure the capture of your video at the highest quality.

 

Do you offer any expert service for fashion & makeup for the videos?

We can offer many tips on how you should dress appropriately and mold your look to show your absolute best on camera. We’ve also worked with quite a few experts when the client requested professional help or even on-site touch ups.

 

Can the video be longer than thirty seconds?

Yes, the video can be as long as you want, but we’ve got a lot of data that suggests that thirty seconds is a very good length when you want to maintain your audience’s attention. Also, the prices we’ve quoted on our site are based on a thirty second length, so if your interested in having a longer production then please contact us for a quote.

 

Do the videos all have to be on a white background?

No, we can produce your video with a “live background” if you have a setting in mind, but we’ve found that a simple white background is a great way to have the entire focus of your viewer on you and your message... without any distractions. And depending on the (individual or group) circumstances and the background you have in mind, it’s likely we’ll have to quote your specific request.

 

Do I have to use the Email Signature Card or Micro-Site templates you have available or can I have my own personalized artwork created?

Yes, you can have your artwork created to meet your marketing needs, just ask us for a quote.

 

Technical FAQ’s

How do I install my Signature Card?

It can depend on which email client you work with, but generally all you have to do is copy & paste the HTML code we send you into your mail client “signature” box. We'll send you directions on how to install it into your email client as soon as you've "signed off" on the the email signature and microsite.

 

How do I update the information listed on my Signature Card or Micro-Site?

Contact us with your updates and we’ll be happy to make the change(s)… at no additional cost.
